Building Enviroserve: Two Decades of Vision, Growth and Leadership

In 2004, Stuart Fleming co-founded Enviroserve with a vision to address the growing need for responsible environmental services and specialist recycling solutions in the Middle East.

What began as an entrepreneurial venture developed into an established environmental services organisation, contributing to the growth of the UAE’s recycling and resource recovery industry.

Over more than two decades, Stuart played a central role in shaping Enviroserve’s strategic direction, developing its operations, establishing commercial partnerships and building the teams required to support its expansion.

One of the company’s defining achievements was the development of advanced recycling infrastructure, including its landmark 400,000sqft recycling facility in Dubai industial City

Enviroserve’s journey ultimately culminated in its acquisition by Tadweer Group and DUBAL Holding, marking a significant milestone in the company’s development.
